Hi there welcome to Wayneburton.co.uk
I am an injured jockey who sustained head injuries and a T4/5 complete spinal injury at Exeter racecourse on March 4th 2008. I currently live in Lambourn, Berkshire in England.
I enjoy coarse fishing after being involved in the match side for several years. I now offer fishing lessons after doing the competitions side for around 8 years and fished from a young age.
I have had some impressive results winning a few trophies with some cracking weights a long the way!!
I have been involved and have a great passion to help racing charities in any way espcially to raise money for the Injured Jockeys Fund and Racing Welfare. I have walked in the Rewalk suit and play wheelchair basketball currently in league division 3. I have also done a skydive with the Red Devils to raise money for Racing Welfare and completed the London marathon in 2024 for Spinal Research.
